Eleonora Cavaleri has always been obsessed with real estate. After graduating from The American School In London and moving to New York for college, she has fallen in love with Manhattan's real estate. Eleonora is the Director of Marketing for The Alyssa Brody Team. In her role, Eleonora is in charge of all the creative marketing, events, and focuses on driving organizational growth and financial targets. Eli graduated from Manhattan College with a B.A. in Business Marketing. She is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in East Village.

Justin Montero has always been interested in real estate as a career, so he interned in several real estate firms to learn the ropes before becoming an actual agent. He educated himself the right way, and understands everything involved in helping clients have a successful home search experience. His professional knowledge, coupled with his personal insight as a Greenwich Village native and resident, allows Justin to easily navigate clients around Manhattan and other boroughs. No matter where you want to live, he is ready to guide you and show you the best neighborhoods for your unique needs. Interacting with people comes naturally to Justin, who also worked in hospitality. He is extremely determined to help, always ready to listen, and willing to work hard until his clients are fully satisfied. As a Division 1 soccer player at Canisius College in Buffalo where he was recruited, Justin understands the importance of focus, discipline and competitive spirit. He graduated with a degree in Business Management, and still loves the sport of soccer. Justin even had the opportunity to travel to Brazil to play soccer, and is conversant in the Spanish language having studied it for many years.

Originally from Maryland, Trisha lives in vibrant Harlem and couldn’t be happier. She holds two degrees from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County - a B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Modern Language and Linguistics – and she speaks French fluently. Her sales and human service background included customer service in the telecom industry, working with the disabled, and as a financial sales consultant at PNC Bank.

Trisha has always had great patience and a good understanding of people’s unique needs. She is extremely likable and charismatic, smart and knowledgeable, and willing to work hard to get her clients the best results.

Personally, she is very into fashion and cuisine, and has a personal blog where she shares these interests. Trisha volunteers regularly at food kitchens feeding the homeless and is a mentor at the Y. She is also a fun-loving, adventurous person who loves to travel, and a pet lover who shares her home with her Yorkie-Poo named Melody.
